We Were Really Here

Some of the other boat plaques
While actually doing some reading, we received a call from Brunelle.  Oliver, the youngest grandson, was due to wake shortly and they had made a wooden plaque to place up on Boo Boo Hill top indicating we had been here.  Everyone was invited to take the walk up.  We downed a quick lunch as it was 11:30 and we were all headed towards Paradise Beach.  All three dinghies were beached and secured with anchors and we headed up the trail.  The winds were even stronger today then yesterday, but the view was just as spectacular.
Our group deciding where to place
our plaque
“The Southern Contingent of CCYC – Brunelle, Andiamo, and Pekabu III visited on 3/4/11.”  It was checked by Ben and documented by a number of cameras.
Our inspector, Ben, making sure"i"s are dotted and "t"s are crossed!

Unfortunately, when we returned, we had issues that needed to be addressed.  The generator will only run for 10 minutes.  It sounds like it is fuel starved.  Pete had to crawl into the lazarette to change the fuel filter, which was clean. It might be an air bubble just like we found in the air conditioner previously and the wash down pump due to the rough ride leaving Nassau. More investigating is necessary.  Thankfully, we have the Honda 2000 portable generator as a back-up.
The sun might indicate the end of another day, but the memories are wondrerfully cherrished.
